Hello my fellow travelers! Today I was thinking about and pondering about making a decision. And I wanted it to be the right one! And then I paused and below are some of the thoughts… my ponderings from This Purple Chair to Yours.

So take a pause. Take a breath. Take a ponder.

And for just a moment, let go of the need to know.

Let go of the pressure to make the right decision.

Gently ask yourself:

What if I don’t have to know the right way forward…

but can trust myself to discover it as I walk?

Pause there. Ponder there.

Breathe deeply…

My hope is that the attached audio leaves some spaciousness around the question, rather than explain it too much.

Try to feel the movement from

certainty → trust → tenderness….

And perhaps, somewhere beneath the need to get it right, you and I will feel “it”.

That little stirring of Aliveness.

A quiet knowing that says:

I can take this step.

I don’t have to know the whole way.

I am not alone.

And perhaps—All shall be well.

It only takes a little courage –

That’s the fuel of trust & belief:

I can take this one step.

I don’t need to know the it all.

And, even more importantly, we will ripple out into our corners of the world with that same trust and encouragement…aliveness…
